Understanding Your Car Insurance!

Understanding your car insurance is something that not a lot of people can do.  It can be very difficult to know exactly what Body Injury Coverage is or even Property-Damage Liability Coverage … these are all terms that you have heard a million times, but do you really know exactly what they mean?  Well, probably not, I didn’t either so don’t feel bad.  What you should know is that you should figure out these terms so you know exactly what is included in your car insurance coverage so if something does happen, you know exactly what you are covered in.

Let’s explore what Body Injury Coverage is first.  Firstly, you need to know that this is actually mandatory coverage in almost all of the states, so this is definitely something that you have included in your car insurance premium right now and it actually covers all of the medical bills, lost wages, treatment and/or funeral costs for anyone that is injured or killed by your car.  This is not something that YOU receive, but if you crash into someone else, they get to bill your insurance company.
