How To File Accident Claims Against An Uninsured or Untraceable Driver

Being involved in a car accident is by far one of the worse things in the world to happen.  However, what do you do when the driver that you are involved in the accident with does not have car insurance or if they just drive off?  What do you do?  Well, that is what we are going to talk about below, as that is one of the scariest things in the world and more often than not – it seems to be happening now.

In the UK, there is a company that is dedicated to these types of situations and it is called the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) and they compensate the victims of negligent uninsured and untraced motorists.  While I am not sure if the US has one of these yet, the UK is definitely ahead of their time on this one!

While the UK may be ahead of the game, you might want to do just a little bit of research of your own to see what the US does in these situations.
